The Minis With a Mission (MWAM) rescued mini horses and donkeys live at a boarding farm in Ipswich, MA where they are lovingly cared for and in regular training for our community-based visits.

 

Those wanting closer contact with our animals are encouraged to contact us. Our volunteer program brings volunteers to the farm to learn to safely handle, care for and train our miniature horses and donkeys that participate in the MWAM programs.

 

Other volunteers can focus on grant writing, fundraising, networking, social media, and the myriad tasks necessary for MWAM's success.

 

We are happy to help find prospective volunteers the right fit at MWAM. Prospective volunteers are invited to a volunteer orientation at the farm to learn more and meet the Minis.  Prior equine experience is not required. We will train all volunteers as safety is essential for all.  We guarantee you will receive more in happy mini-horse and donkey snuggles and being part of our amazing MWAM family of volunteers than you give!
